Goods Dispatched by Post will be delivered at consignee’s Post Office/address.
Goods Dispatched by Sea will be delivered at the nearest International Sea-Port of the consignee. Name of the International Sea-Port will be given by the customer. Ocean Freight paid by KK only.
Transportation / misc. charges from Sea-Port to customer’s home will be borne by the customer.
Money transaction will be checked by the customer at the counter before leaving the showroom. No claims will be entertained in this concern later on.
Special instruction, if any, will be mentioned on the order form by the customer.
The customer will fill complete address and also give his banker’s address clearly in block letters in the Order Form in case the payment is to be made through Bank against Consignment.
The goods once sold are not returnable.
The customer will examine Product and its quality and sign on the reverse side of the item after full satisfying himself. No complaint will be entertained when the goods purchased are taken personal after satisfaction.
Goods ordered for manufacture will be dispatched on completion. The time for manufacture depends upon the labour involved, normally it takes 12 to 14 weeks for manufacture of the medium size table top.
(a) Normal transit period for delivery by post sea is 14 to 18 weeks from the date of dispatch by a 30 days (if asking to pay Extra).
In case the Post Parcel (S) is/are not delivered within the above period, the customer will inform immediately by e-mail/Fax/letter/Telegram for further action of holding a postal enquiry if necessary.
The Post Parcels weighing upto 20 kgs. in three items will be dispatched by post to all countries except the following countries where the maximum weight allowed for dispatch by post is 10 kg. only:- South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Portugal, Iran, Macau.
In case of Shipment by Air additional charges for Air freight will be charged. The customer will give the name of his nearest International Airport and will take the delivery from there.
Consignee must be ready to receive consignment at seaport (expenditure involved for Transportation of consignment to his home from his Seaport).
Local Taxes VAT/GST, D.O., A.C.D., D.D.C., Terminal, Documentation Charges etc. will be borne by the consignee.
In case of any query regarding your order when you place a call, ask for the Export Manager. (a) Give your order No. (b) Date of purchase, (c) Consignee’s name. (d) And then inform your query. (Please note that the office is open between 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. according to Indian standard time (+05:30 GMT).
C.I.F. means cost includes, insurance from warehouse to warehouse and Ocean freight only upto seaport.
